OMSF Mentor Mania Hits Boston Design Week

Over My Shoulder Foundation (OMSF) mentor-fest mania hits Boston Design Week. Boston is the mentoring hub of the U.S. and I am so proud of OMSF’s role in decking the town with mentorology. Today in the Boston Globe our mentoring all-stars / design legends were featured for their role in a panel on mentorship in design.

OMSF created and produced this unique learning experience, calling on some of Boston’s design icons to participate in a panel where intense mentoring questions were answered. Esteemed panelists Andrew Goldstein, David Hacin, Meichi Peng, and Sean Clarke separated fact from fiction, offering honest insight into the times when they had to make a tough decision. They outlined for the audience what it takes to lead a dynamic team and climb the corporate ladder—revealing that each of them, regardless of their professional standing, is still very much a work in progress!

The exquisite energy of this Designing the Next Generation event was filmed by Meg Elkinton. We’ll have the complete video soon. For now, enjoy these photos by XXXXX, and a special thanks to all the people who make our mentoring dreams come true!
