October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. According to the United States National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime.

SONGBIRD SINGS is the foundation Robin created to help victims of domestic abuse tell their stories. Through musical mentoring, they create beautiful music together and healing can begin. Over My Shoulder Foundation has been a catalyst to vibrant conversations among powerful leaders and educators regarding the power of mentoring in solving many individual and social issues.
